Good washing machine as of now
I posted low rating earlier but that was because of my ignorance of not removing the transportation bolts. Now that the bolts are off, it's smooth, works well. Will update more in the coming days of further usage

Horrible after service and dryer did not work
The item is horrible and the dryer stopped working in 3 months , I was promised a replacement and now for another three months I have had no response inspite of multiple follow ups with the service center

Good price
One star less because the drying time is a lot! Especially if I compare to my previous samsung washer/dryer it takes a lot more time thus not as energy efficient

Unstable item not leveled
The item was only delivered. It was not placed at all , leveled and checked. The equipment make a lot of noise and shakeness by the time is spinning. I have tried to leveld up but I really apreciate to come and check. It is hard by the time of washing due to it shakes a lot.
