I've really enjoyed taking these supplements as a part of my daily skincare routine. They've definitely helped with my redness and I feel like they help give my skin a more radiant glow. I also really love that it's natural and has a ton of vitamin & herbs. It's a great product with a lot of benefits packed into one capsule!

I really liked these vitamins. They didn't taste bad which made them easy to swallow. I am also noticing a big difference in my face!

After one month, I noticed a huge improvement in clearing my acne as well as keeping it away. The first four photos are from a month and 1 week ago from today. The last four photos are from today! I can say I have maybe one or two active bumps ONLY. I get very, very painful cystic acne and under the skin that feels like you are stabbing your face whenever you hit the bump or wash your face. I use a tea tree oil face wash and rose hip oil to help with scars. I am very impressed with how it has helped me in one month and already have my new bottle to continue. I can’t wait to see how well my scars heal. I will update after three months!

I have Rosacea. This was promised to help with Rosacea. Instead, within 20 minutes of taking, I experienced really uncomfortable warmth (bright red ears). Within an hour, I had large welts all over my torso. Had to take anti-histamine to clear welts. Suspect Niacinamide was culprit.

After about 20-30 minutes of taking this, I got a sharp pain in my stomach and then my face, neck, arms, back, and knees started to burn. I felt like I was on fire, even when standing in the cold with goosebumps on my body. After about 15 minutes, it would slowly go away.This happened 3 times before I found out what was actually causing the problem. After I went to the reviews of this product, I read that people were having the same reaction I was and I realized it was these pills. I threw them away straight after.
