Does a nice job of frothing and its small enough to fit in a kitchen drawer.

Got it. Put the batteries in. Worked great for about a week … 5 uses. Then it just gives up on me. It starts buffering and eventually it won’t start. Was really disappointed when this happened cause I really liked it. Maybe I just need to switch the batteries but if that’s the problem it’s still inconvenient. The batteries were brand new from and unopened package.

Appears to be a powerful and quality frother at first. I appreciated the various attachments and accessories. After 3 months, it wouldn't recharge. I had only had to recharge it once before so the charge lasts for a long time, but now it is useless as I can recharge it. The company only offers a 30 day return policy and no warranty so don't expect help. This is very disappointing as I spent the extra money with the hopes of getting a higher quality frother. This is NOT worth the extra money. just buy the $10 model and if it dies you won't be so upset.

Change the battery never worked

Great frother - Perfect for whisking milk in tea or protein powder

This frother is a little weak, but still usable. I got it as backup for the one I currently have, and it's perfectly fine for that purpose. Not sure I would have chosen this one as my primary milk frother though.

This frother is pretty standard. I took one star off because I don't like the location of the on/off button. It's at the top of the frother. I'd prefer it to be on the side for better control. On the side of the box that has the instructions, it states that holding at a 45 degree angles produces best results. So having the button on teh side would allow a more ergonomic way to hold at an angle. However I do like that the button is big and easy to press. One thing I didn't realize until using it a 2nd time, is the big button can also be pressed lightly which allows you to pulse. This was not mentioned on the instructions on the box, so you wouldn't know that feature exists unless by accident which is what happened in my case. It also came with batteries which was nice.For any tea drinkers: I used this for blending matcha tea powder with milk. Prior to receiving this frother, I would have to mix the matcha with only a tiny bit of liquid first with a spoon to incorporate it and then add more liquid after that. Using a frother cuts down on that step and you can just add the matcha to the full glass of milk and it easily combines and leaves no lumps!

The power button on top is great placement and it's twice as powerful as our old handheld battery frother and I use it to dissolve a powder sports vitamins in a glass of water.
