They go on as to be expected, but you must remember to back out the screw which assists in the placement of the rear sight. do not forget the blue lock tight for the front and rear after windage adjustments. they look durable and the sight picture of orange is visable for quick acquisition of targets. I have used these as well as trijicon and others.
