got this out of curiosity and it's actually become part of my routine after long days sitting at a desk because it genuinely helps with tight muscles. the combo of heat, suction, and red light therapy feels really good and you can feel the tension loosening up pretty fast. just make sure you put some lotion or oil on your skin first or it won't glide smoothly and will be way less comfortable.

This is nice and light weight it has 2 different setting you can use to let it suck up your musles to get all the kinks out of it. It was amazing for my neck and shoulders. I was so tense the day i recieved this I used it for a few minutes on each side, I love the red light therapy while I was using it i could tell a big difference with it. I now have this at my desk in my office, and I get tense i grab it and it does the work for me in just a few short minutes my muscles are back soft, im not tense, and the pain is gone, cause the red light took out the inflamation that was starting. I didnt have that aching pain anymore. It's small so you take it on the go with you use it at the office, gym, car just whenever you need it. it has different speeds that way you control how much suction it does on your muscles. Be careful not to get right on your neck as it can make a hicky.. This is very easy to use. It gave me immediate pain relief of my tight muscles from typing, and editing all day. It is defentaly great price for the value.

Revo's therapy cup works pretty well! As it isn't the same as traditional Chinese acupuncture cupping, it still works decently on minor muscle aches, pain and strains. I've been in 2 rear end accidents and my lower back is always stiff and sore. Its hard to turn around and reach behind me. Using this cup has helped alleviate some back pain and loosen up the muscles. Each session is timed for 20 mins but I usually do multiple sessions. I do some heat and mid level suction to help loosen muscles (I've had experience with cupping, so make sure you start at the low end first). You can adjust the heat or amount of suction on the cup. It does take some getting used to, as the cup suctions and loosens throughout the 20 mins and not constant suction like traditional cupping. So the sensation is interesting. If at any time the suction feels too much or you need to stop, there is a button on the cup to stop the suction so you can remove the cup and stop the therapy if needed. It works great along the back and behind the shoulders. I haven't tried it on my quads but imagine it would feel good there too. Use it on bare skin without clothing, as any fabric will impact the suction feature. Note: the harder suction levels will likely show darker more pronounced round spots where the cup was. This is normal and will usually go away within days for me. Per my acupuncturist, cupping pulls toxins and blood towards the surface.

Too strong

Delivery was poor. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Maybe that was unlucky.... When I opened it, didn’t turn on. Plugged it in, works ok. Won’t charge, tried several cables. Feels very light compared to similar products I've since bought, most likely no battery in it. Will only work when plugged in which is the same problem other people seem to be having. Will return or put in the bin.
