I reached out to to Tissot Support and was given their Spare Parts email address to send my question to. Received an immediate 'form letter response' asking for specific part numbers, which I didn't have. I responded that I didn't have this and was sad with their lack of working with me, as they are also part of Omega watch family. I was then called and was rudely asked a ton of questions that I didn't have the answers to at the time and was hung up on by rude service / spare parts team member. Its a nice watch... if you have medium to small wrists (for a guy's watch).
