Baxton StudioCayla Lounge Chair Grey/Mid-Century/Walnut Brown

We ordered the Baxton Studio Distressed Faux Leather Lounge Chair and really like it. Not expensive so we weren't sure about look and space. Once we received liked it and fit great it the small space. Attempted to re-order same chair through the amazon re-order option, received the Baxton Studio Cayla Living Room Lounge (you see where I am going with this..). Yes, different chair sent. I reached out several times to see if we might be able to just get the faux leather cushions instead of replacing the entire chair (frame was similar and thought this was the easy choice). Well to date we have received NO response from 123Store (or amazon...which the customer service number is not active during this pandemic so no way to contact a live person). Sent my final request for action before I decide the next steps. AGAIN IF YOU KNOW THIS IS GOING TO STAY IN YOUR HOUSE IT IS GOOD, JUST DONT ORDER IF YOU MAY HAVE ISSUES!

This chair is super cute and it looks great with other mid century furniture but it’s about as comfortable as resting your butt on a sharp boulder. Seriously. The cushions it comes with might as well be rocks because that’s how they feel. Also, the seat part has no way to adhere onto the frame with nails so you always run a risk of it collapsing on you if you move on it the wrong way.

The frame is nice, but the cushions are terrible. I wish I hadn't wasted my money and spent alittle more and got the one with the faux leather cushions. Now I can even find cushions to buy for it.

Absolutely fabulous, The couches are great love the detail in the color and a very comfortable rate than 10 out of 10 thank you very much

If you want a nice looking chair it satisfies that, but don’t sit in this hard as a rock cheaply made chair. I guess I got what I paid for.

Looks great. Not so comfortable. Hopefully it is more comfortable when it’s broke in.

Not very comfortable. Fabric is cheap.
