Bought this back in January and have only used it a small number of times to date. It is well made and although it takes several hours to charge up it does provide a lot of charge to my iPhone. Quite heavy (weighing in at 443g) but that's inevitably given that it's a heavy duty charger. I now have three power banks and this slots nicely into the role of my heavy duty one. I will update my review if my views of it change (reliability, longevity etc) based on experience!

Charges my Samsung phone quicker than using mains electricity. Slightly on the heavy side but it oozes quality. Don't forget though to press the button on the side to commence charging.

It's a nice unit and charges well. Multiple phone charges from a single charge of the unit. It's heavier than I expected. Worth noting if you are travelling very light. Not an issue in a bag, but you would really notice it in a pocket.

I have this in my motorcycle jacket, I use it with the magnetic charger to keep my GoPro wired charging, lasts forever, great powerbank with huge capacity.

Big heavy beast that works well. Used to charge phone, camera batteries and an Elinchrom One as backup. Push button to start charge was unexpectbut handy

I bought three whilst in hospital. Family rotated them to bring home for charging when they visited me every other day in hospital. I went through one every one and a half days. I charged an Apple Watch - iPhone & iPad mini. Now I’m home, I am not mobile to charge things, using powerbanks still. At first I was not sure of using a powerbank, I am converted. Lifesaver for lacking mobility following a lengthy hospital stay. Ideal for home - office desks - camping - teenagers whilst out & about - hospital. Comes with a charging cable

The charger worked fine for a bit, then failed to deliver power to device (iphone) and now refuses to charge. It won't power on - all LEDs are all off and it just gets VERY hot when plugged in. I've discontinued use for safety but can't find a way to return it - Amazon does not present a RETURN button for this product. Not Happy… TB Update. I went back in again later and after going round many loops and dead-ends I eventually found a link to a chat. I tried it and they sent me a postage paid label to return the faulty unit and expedited a replacement. That arrived today and is currently charging fine. So … good recovery from Amazon - I updated the review, but only 4 stars since it was so hard to find the chat. Much happier now though… TB
