Alcohol is used for multiple purposes as the following -for hydration -for formula stability or for some ingredients as linalool and citronellol

Why is there alcohol and salt in this mist? Those are dehydrating ingredients not moisturizing.

Sodium chloride(salt) and alcohol are added due to the stability of the formula.
