Like covering my kayak from debris, bird droppings, bugs and small critters. Straps keep it snug. I flip the kayak on its side and water stays out too. Too new to say how long the fabric will last but for the price I think it will be ok Follow up: middle strap has already pulled off while snugging it up.it was only a single stitch so I’ll reattach and maybe add some type interfacing for strength

This perfectly fit my 16’6” sea kayak that has a rudder on the rear. Nice quality fabric and comes with 3 adjustable straps that go under the kayak to tension down the cover to make it fit snuggly. I would definitely buy it again

I almost always give five stars for every product I review that works correctly and is described accurately. I give four this time. I set up delivery for Amazon locker, but apparently they could not deliver it. Maybe it is too bulky to fit? Second point is that I am ordering a replacement for same item I got about three years ago. It did not hold up to sun, rain and wind, it is basically scraps at this point. I buy this specific product because the price is right and it is the only choice to fit my long boat. Others are too short.

Good for your money! Some things to note, that will make you disregard many of the bad reviews... Don't tighten it too tight. It's unnecessary and could tear. Don't drag it with the cover on. Also, lots of complaints about storing it upside down and it not being waterproof... gravity, people. Store it right side up or at an angle and you'll be fine.

The good news is it works to cover and protect canoes and kayaks, and is generously sized and easy to use. Bad news is it isn’t UV resistant itself and lost all strength in a couple years used in a semi-shaded location outside. So it’s fine as long as you’re not looking for a long term investment.

We have to store our kayaks outside on the trailer and these covers work perfectly! The are completely water resistant. It has rained a couple of times and every time I go and dump the water and there is none in the kayak itself! Now I don't let the water stand for too long so I can't say if it will endure that. They keep the colors from fading and endure the wind here in Oklahoma. I love the straps to keep them snugly on the kayak. Easy to put on and take off. I have not traveled down the road with them yet, but will update if there is any problems. Would highly recommend and I have to friends and family!

This product will serve its purpose greatly. I tried this on my Pelican 10ft kayak and fits great. The straps make it easy to attach and secure. I wanted a cover for storage to keep dust and saw dust off the kayak as I store it in my garage and do a lot of woodworking. The waterproofing seems to work well during my short test of it with the garden hose and will be great for my purpose during camping to keep gear dry as dew falls overnight. Quality is great for the price.

I purchased this kayak cover at the end of Oct. 2019. We store our kayaks hanging on the side of our shed. They are outside but under cover. When I purchased this cover, I expected it to protect my kayak from the elements, which it did. What I did not expect is that it would only last less than a year. I put the kayaks away in Nov. 2019 and took them down June 2020. This cover is so faded the only place that has the original color is where the strap was. It is also cracked and separating. I didn't expect the cover to last forever, but I did expect it to last longer than a one season. I even purchased the upgraded cover that was suppose to be thicker and last longer. Please do not waste your money on this cover and find one that will do the job you need it to...

I bought this for my 14’ kayak, was 3-4’ too long. It’s now in the garbage as my refund deadline has passed; money wasted!

The product is really good quality, time will tell on how good the meterial will hold up against the elements. It fits really well, covers my Pro Angler 12 completely.

This product seems to tear easily. It’s definitely not sunbrella.
