After four months of daily use the software/connection would act up. Most if not all the time it disconnects from the phone while in use, sometimes will not switch to horizontal viewing, on youtube it will sometimes not get rid of the selection screen (Video skip back/forward, play buttons), there are times it will not connect at all. Sometimes the touchscreen does not function. All this is using their recommended app and usb connection. For the high price, not worth the money that is having connection issues and limited functions. Update: 06/11/2023 Even with the software issues with the original product, the company came through with flying colors. Customer service contacted me within a few days to resolve the issue. We came to an amicable decision and it's taken care of.
