incompetent merchant who doesn't know his/her products
I wanted the fine filter sponges that were pictured. Received coarse. Complained and got a poorly-worded response including: "Hope you understand, that control of product characteristics and properties realized by its producers personally. Please see below couple of advice, which can help you to make a right choice of product: 1) Please check the detailed description of product characteristics and properties before purchasing. 2) Please take a look feedback of customers, who has already purchased this product in order understand better what to expect from it. " Yes, I should have checked customer feedback, but this response says it all, namely: "we are incompetent and not responsible for what we do."

Not the product pictured
I ordered this twice and twice I received the wedge-shaped coarse filter, not the rectangular fine sponge with the hole in the center as pictured. I need the correct product for my Turtle Clean (zoo med) 30 filter, plus the wedge sponge is generally much cheaper. Extremely frustrated.

Not hard - the picture is for the fine filters. What they send is the coarse filters. If you are looking for the fine filters shown in the picture in this item, then don't buy these.

Wrong filters pictured.
This product is pictured as the fine filters. They are in fact not the fine filters, but the course filters instead. I tried returning and received the same course filter.

Not what is advertised
This is not the square fine filters as the description and photo state. I returned them and had them send replacements. Still came to as the wedge coarse filter.
