Had pain in my lower back for weeks - on and off. Used this a couple of times when standing and walking and it has supported my back and helped the muscles to recover. Gives great support and the quality of the belt is excellent too. Great item.

Velcro loses it's stick very quickly, and item has stretched in 4 months so that I don't get the same support, and the tabs no longer stick. Total waste of money if you need to wear this brace often as it doesn't last. Very disappointing.

This belt is really comfortable. It stays in place and the lumbar support is great.

I have back issues and hip joint problems. This is adjustable, supports and is high quality. The materials are soft, flexible and very well made. I'm a picky person for quality and this is hands down 5 stars

This is similar to other back braces I have owned in the past, but a bit different. It wraps around you, and then had two "tabs" that you pull to make it tighter. All these are held in place with very good Velcro, easy to put on and easy to take off. There are four braces sewn into the back, they feel like metal, description says steel. There is a bit of give to them but they spring back into place. What makes this product different is the lumbar support. It is just a little triangle or maybe heart shaped piece, also held in place with Velcro. It is not very thick, might have a bit of soft padding between the two layers of fabric. So it does not stretch your back, but just puts a little light pressure in center.I wear a 35 inch pants, and don't have much of a belly, so the medium fit me perfect.It appears to be well made, everything stretches as it should and does feel like you are getting a lot of support from it. I am not sure how much of a difference the lumbar support gives you, but since I have had back pain for years, I am willing to try anything. Even a small improvement is great. The one drawback is that this thing is hot! It is a warm day today, and within 10 minutes my shirt was soaked, and the brace was already damp with sweat. I don't see any washing instruction on this, but based on how much it caused me to sweat, I will be trying to wash it after a few uses.Good product, well made, hope it helps my back (feels good so far).
