It is confusing, because you would think you would need the Nordic Pure 20x20x4, but NO, that filter is 3 5/8" thick whereas the Honeywell is 4 3/8" thick. Instead, you need this, the Nordic Pure 20x20x5 - it has the same dimensions: 19 7/8 x 24 7/8 x 4 3/8, as the Honeywell.Even though the product page clearly shows the actual dimensions of this filter, I feel labeling it as a 20 x 25 x 4 is misleading, or at the very least, makes it easy for average homeowners ( vs. HVAC technicians) to end up ordering the wrong product.Also, out of the five times I have ordered Nordic Pure filters, three times, (though not this time) the shipping box, and the filters within, have been significantly damaged. Yes, Amazon / Nordic Pure "made it right," but still, it was a hassle.Those issues aside, these are good filters, offered at a good price, which is why I keep ordering them.The funny thing is, my other air handler's stated filter size is 20x20x4, but for it, the standard Honeywell filter is too thick, and the Nordic Pure fits just right.
