Hi Kin_mod,

It is not the same as Aero Dawg or Space doggy, but it does the same job at cheaper price. It is priced so most anyone can afford to care for there pets.
There is no visible moving indicator that counts how many times the pet has inhaled, I have never see a device that has a indicator that counts the breaths. There is a clear low resistance inhalation valve, that lets the pet breathe normally when using the chamber, this valve does not let exhaled gases back into the chamber. You can count the times it moves if you want to get a count, this appears to be what the other devices offer.

Does it hold the inhaler tight? The one I have now, the inhaler will fall out which is a pain.

Yes it should hold it tight...it may be too big. Mine is so tight it stays connected all of the time. I love it. it's also easier on my dog.

There are Instructions located on the box, I am sorry you box was damaged we have no control shipping, the aerosol inhaler spacer has it own box and is   generally shipped in a shipping box or package by amazon, to avoid damage. There are also instructions on the Listing under product descriptions. Very easy to use instructions on the box. #1 insert the MDI in the inhaler spacer chamber #2 Make sure you have a good fit. #3 Gently hold aerosol Spacer Chamber with MDI up to your pet and administer the correct dosage prescribed by your veterinarian. Try to be as calm and genital as possible as not to stress you pet. The first few times using an inhaler is quite nerve racking but everyone will get used to the procedure over time. I am sure both you and your loving pet will feel much better when they are breathing properly. I honestly doubt it.  I used the smaller of the two and my cat weighs 16#....I don't think the larger mouth piece would fit over his nose and mouth....
