Their label size 2.5 x 4. I use the Avery design and print software to make my name tag labels. Of all the labels that are available in that software, there's not one label that can be designed using that size. Granted the description does indicate the label size but I as mentioned in a previous review, there's no way to order additional inserts. The included instructions give procedures on how to create name tags using Microsoft Word. What if someone does not have MS Word?
