Save yourself the calories
After looking into it, each spritz is around 7-8 calories. I no longer have to drench anything in olive or avocado oil and worry about adding hundreds of calories to a dish. This gives you all the oil you need for texture and taste and none of the extra. Brilliant for salads and cooking.
