Confidence Intact. - I just turned 55 and literally out of nowhere, like 2 weeks ago, I'm embarrassed to say that my bladder has stopped being my friend. Sometimes, I didn't even feel myself having to go, I just looked down and my pants were wet. I knew that I was time to join the adult diaper club. I was concerned about wearing loud, bulky and uncomfortable diapers that everyone could see. But these are the total opposite. They are stylish and not bulky. They are extremely comfortable. They look and feel amazing and fit beautifully. And most importantly, no huge bulge and they are so quiet, that I forget I'm even wearing them. I freaking love these. And most most importantly, they work great. You can still go as normal with no issues and the couple of times when a little came out before I made it to the bathroom. You wouldn't know because they did their job. Highly Recommend for any man. Review: Recommend - Took a little getting used to, but works well and the fit is great for me. ## Features - WHAT'S INCLUDED — 52 count of Depend Real Fit Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men, maximum absorbency, size large/extra-large (38–50" waist) - INVISIBLE PROTECTION — Our men’s incontinence underwear offers invisible, comfortable protection under clothes so you can move with confidence through your day - UP TO ZERO LEAKS, ODORS, & SHOW — Enjoy up to ZERO leaks and odors to help keep you comfortably protected against bladder leaks - PREMIUM FABRIC — Depend Real Fit provides up to 100% comfortable feel with premium fabric that conforms to your body for invisible, comfortable protection - DESIGNED FOR MEN — These adult diapers are designed to fit a man’s body comfortably and are made with stretch waistband for a secure fit - RAPIDLY ABSORBS BLADDER LEAKS — Depend’s bladder leak underwear rapidly absorbs leaks and neutralizes odor to help keep you fresh - UNNOTICEABLE FIT — Our adult diapers have an unnoticeable, discreet fit for everyday discretion under clothes ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01N6J36E6 | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #661 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #10 in Incontinence Protective Briefs & Underwear #144 in Sales & Deals | | Brand | Depend | | Brand Name | Depend | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 13,840 Reviews | | Effective Absorbency Hours | 12 | | Global Trade Identification Number | 10036000465805 | | Incontinence Protector Size | Large to X-Large | | Incontinence Protector Type | Adult Incontinence Underwear | | Item Dimensions | 11.44 x 17.13 x 13.06 inches | | Item Highlight | Black, Disposable, Adult Diapers for Men, Invisible Protection | | Item Length | 11.44 inches | | Item Nype Name | Adult Incontinence Protection | | Item Weight | 8.4 pounds | | Lining Description | Other | | Manufacturer | Kimberly-Clark Corp. | | Manufacturer Part Number | 10036000465805 | | Material | Polypropylene | | Material Type | Polypropylene | | Material Type Free | Alcohol Free, Paraben Free | | Model Number | 10036000465805 | | Number of Items | 2 | | Package Type Name | Box | | Recommended Uses For Product | Urine Protection | | Reusability | Disposable | | Size | Large/X-Large | | Target Audience | Men, Unisex-Adults | | Unit Count | 52 Count | | Weight Range | 170 - 260 lbs | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Depend - **Color:** Black - **Incontinence Protector Type:** Adult Incontinence Underwear - **Number of Items:** 2 ## Images ![Real Fit Incontinence Underwear for Men, L/XL, 52 Count - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81RVP5KxSEL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size, Unit Count** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: My friend has ibs and after his stroke he sometimes can't hold his bowels. Can these handle that kinda mess?** A: Hello Christina. Our Depend Real Fit Briefs for Men are designed for urinary incontinence, so we wouldn't recommend it. However, our Depend Adjustable Underwear are made for both urinary and bowel incontinence. You can see them here: https://www.amazon.com/Depend-Adjustable-Incontinence-Absorbency-Disposable/dp/B00G7VO5S4/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1519654386&sr=8-1&keywords=depend%2Badjustable%2Bunderwear%2Blarge%2Bx-large&th=1. Thanks and hope this helps! **Q: Wi have a 40 inch waist. should i order s/m or l/xl?** A: My husband's waist is 44 and these are just right for him. I would try the l/xl then downsize if needed. They expand as needed but aren't baggy. **Q: I use at least 4 to 5 depends guards a day. how does this compare to depend realfit?** A: Hi there, our Guards hold between 8-10oz and our RealFit holds between 18-22oz. We hops this helps! **Q: When are they going to make a size big enough for a 48-50 inch waist (i.e. a big butt!)? these "xl" are not "xl" enough.** A: As a wife with a man with a large tummy, I agree! They should have four sizes~~Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. I would send the manufacturer a complaint if I were you. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Perfect.
