First off, I'm one of the few that will be able to review 8 products and none of them were comped to leave a review. I only clued in recently about getting to try items after reading other reviews. Checked my spam and sure enough, had missed this benefit! What a great feature, will definitely take them up next time! (got to love a company that believes in their products!) My experience with Garcinia Cambogia prior to this was none. I've seen all the commercials and am a firm believer in eating less, eat clean, move more. And that has always worked for me in the past. However, since entering surgical menopause and trying to find balance with HRT, my weight and cravings have been all over the place. I cannot stop craving foods I haven't ate in years. It has been really disheartening, from the weight gain but also bc I don't want to feed my body processed foods. Not to mention the lack of energy and mental fog has been problematic too. But I've come to believe in this company and their products and needed some help, so gave this a try. My experience is another wow, this product has been helpful with getting food off my mind and increasing energy. At first I questioned if it was the Garcinia giving me energy since I didn't see it in other reviews, so I took it by itself, and sure enough, if I took it in the eves I couldn't fall asleep! So it has been giving me a mental and energy boost, a welcome addition to helping me forget about food. Do I still have cravings, not nearly as bad. Do I obsess less about food, yes! But I still am challenged to stop once I get started LOL. Hoping that will change the longer I'm taking it and the more my self-control returns. I really like I can stay focused on what I'm doing without dealing with premature stomach growls and obsessing about what to have next meal. Great product!

First of all, let me say that this review is not because I received a free product from BS. I paid full price based on the excellent reviews I have read. I bought 4 different supplements, garcinia, L-Arginine, creatine and beta alanine. I have been taking all 4 supplements together, and have noticed quite a positive effect. For one, I take these as part of a preworkout routine and immediately noticed that I am able to do much more than before without getting the jittery feeling I would get from C4 and CN3. Also, recovery is much much better, I hardly feel sore after an intensive workout. Furthermore, my strength is increased and I've been lifting more and more weights. There is no GI irritation at all, and heartburn is non-existent. I used to not tolerate C4 and CN3 very well, this combination has been a wonderful addition to my regimen. Garcinia has helped with appetite control as well, but not by a huge factor. Combining all 4 products in water is completely tasteless, and they all mix very well. Overall, I believe I have received very high quality supplements, and will buy again. Only gripe is the packaging, kinda hard to keep tightly sealed, so I moved the contents in air tight containers. For long term storage, maybe BS could put in some moisture absorbing crystals in their bags, but I'm not sure how much it would clump, as I have only used the supplements for a week. Again, I highly recommend this company, super great experience!

I have been taking this Garcinia Cambogia for about a week now. I was taking a capsule form from another company with good results but switched to Bulk Supplements because of cost and I have always gotten good results from their products in the past. I have read many reviews about the taste but I personally don't think it's that bad. I mix it in in about 6oz of water and chug it down. The taste is not necessarily good to me, just bland so easily tolerable. I have actually seen a little uptick in results from using this versus the capsules but I cannot say for sure whether its the product or that since it's a bulk powder and I am using a little more than 500mg each serving due to inconsistent measuring by me. The only con with this product is that it is an extremely fine powder that will go everywhere fi you aren't careful when opening up the package and if you try to keep using it from the bag it comes in. I transferred it to a seal-able container so I just pop off the top and skim off with a measuring spoon. All in all, I am very satisfied and will but again months down the road when I need some more. You just can't beat this price!

I have been using this for a little over 2 weeks now. As with every supplement there is no miracle pill or powder that will get you slim and trim without a little bit of effort on your part. Now with that out of the way here is the review. This is very good quality powder and has no taste whatsoever. I take a teaspoon 3 times a day and you can add it to your favorite drink. My routine is in the morning i add it to my protein shake, in the afternoon/lunch I juice so I add it to that and for dinner time I add it a vitamin water/gatorade with dinner. It doesn't cut your appetite right away but after about a week of getting in your body system i started to notice craving going away and i am down about 3 lbs in a week. Im not as active right now as i usually am so once i start back up i would think i will lose more. However without really dieting and working out 1-2 days a week and watching what you eat this is a good product to take to help with cravings and suppressing your appetite. Plus you lose some weight as well. Thank you bulk supplements for a cheaper option for good quality product!!

This package of Garcinia Cambogia surprised me. I've taken Garcinia Cambogia pills in the past and didn't notice any benefits or effects at all. I decided to try this one on a whim. I'm very glad I did! I add the recommended dose to juice or water 2-3 times a day. The powder is fine and mixes easily. I have noticeably increased energy, my appetite has decreased, my bowels are more regular, and I have been steadily losing weight. I would not say this is a miracle supplement - you still need to eat a healthy, balanced diet and exercise. However, I was at a weight loss plateau and this has kicked me off that plateau very quickly! There were 2 days that I forgot to take it because we were out all day and I felt the difference! I was more tired, feeling run down, and overall NOT good. This supplement has really made a huge impact in how I feel every day!

In May I gave up sugar and lost about 10 pounds right off the bat, since then I have continued to slowly lose weight but had hit a bit of a plateau recently. I have been wanting to try garcina cambogia but was nursing still so decided to wait until I was done, in the meantime I did lots of research on it and decided to go with this product because it had no other ingredients in it. I started using it 6 days ago, I do 1/4 tsp 3 times a day, I mix it in about 1/2 cup of water and I also add a little freshly ground black pepper to it, I do that because I have read that black pepper and/or cayenne pepper helps your body absorb more nutrition from your food, therefore making it more effective. One of the companies I wanted to buy from adds black pepper to their capsules but they were expensive so I thought I'd try this and see how it goes, so far so good! It doesn't taste great but it's quick and the results are worth it. In the 6 days I've taken it I have lost 3.5 pounds, it curbs my appetite and has helped get me losing again. I will try and remember to do an update in a couple weeks.

It is like drinking sand in your water. I have tried to dissolve in different fluids, and NOTHING dissolves this stuff. The first time I got it down, it gave me energy and I didn't think about eating. But the next three times, it didn't help much with energy or with appetite control. The pill form may work better just because you can get them down!!!!!! I kid you not, it is horrible to try to get down!
