The 30 billion are guaranteed until expiration.During manufacturing ,they have upwards of 60 billion ,according to company rep I spoke with.

Q: does this product specifically name the contents of lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus rhamnosus and lactobacillus reuteri?

Yes, yes, and no to reuteri. Here is a secret I discovered. I put 4 caps of this product into a quart of milk and set it on a counter over night - shaking a few times before I went to bed. Next day I had the thickest best tasting Kefir type milk that you could imagine. I was stunned that it worked. Leave about an inch in the bottom of your jar - add more milk and the next day you've got more probiotic milk. Been doing this for 2 months now and still have most of my product stored in the freezer.

Q: How large are the pills? Are they easy to swallow?

Normal size capsule pill and very easy to swallow. the outside is not that sticky stuff. very smooth and goes down easy.
