Softest and fluffiest clay ever!
I bought this clay for my 10 yr old daughter to use in both making butter slime and for clay figurines. I was skeptical about the low price from this vendor and thought the clay blocks would be tiny but they are actually about 4 by 5 inches and an inch thick. A little goes a long way with the slime, I've seen videos where people use the full block for a small batch of slime so it would seem like a waste of money (from a parent's financial point of view) but really the whole block can be divvied up for a few batches. For clay figurines, this is the softest lightest clay you can find. We've purchased other brands and this is by far the softest and fluffiest. With that said, it is an air dry clay so only work with what you need at a time, keep the rest in an airtight bag or container because it will start to dry out and start to crumble and crack, and you won't end up with a smooth velvety finish. It's easy to paint, whether you paint it while it is still soft or after it's hardened and dry. Keep in mind that we've only used nail polish and soft acrylic paints on it so we're not sure about other paint types, but I don't imagine there would be any problems. Definitely 5 stars as my daughter loved, loved, loved it!

Perfect Butter Slime!
My partner and I got into making slime over the winter and this makes THE BEST butter slime. It was a perfect marshmallow texture - super light and airy!

This is by far the best place to buy daiso
This is by far the best place to buy daiso. the shipping took a little bit, but i didn't mind since it hardly came damaged at all. I really like the texture and color and it worked perfect for my craft. It didn't have a bad smell like others that i bought from other companies did. The texture is phenomenal. i dont really have anything bad to say about this product. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this seller since they are well trusted and have an amazing product. It's very affordable too which is hard to find for this kind of clay. I will most definitely be buying from this seller again.

Softest thing I've ever felt. Love it!!!!
My 12 year is obsessed with slime making and wanted to make butter slime using this. Gave it to her for her bday and now understand the fuss; this stuff is so cool. The texture is like nothing I've felt before, I could knead it for hours. Super soft, yet doesn't fall apart or leave any residue on my hands. Easy to dye with food coloring or liquid watercolors. Her butter slime also turned out great. The only problem she encountered was that using liquid starch instead of borax caused the slime to "die." Ordering more so she can redo it and get the results she's been wanting. Great price for 3 boxes. Each box holds a good amount of clay. Love this stuff.

Packages arrived broken
Make sure to put your clay in another bag as soon as possible after it arrives, because the plastic bag that wraps the clay is very weak, and all my boxes arrived squished.

Good clay!
So soft and fun, and surprisingly clean. More fluffy and easier to work with than model magic. Excellent for kids and making butter slime.

Box was a bit damaged but contents are great
I love Daiso clay, and this would get 5/5 except the plastic wrapping was open and one of the boxes was dented in the middle. The bag holding the clay wasn't ripped or opened but it could have been by the look on the outside box. Other than that, it's perfect for making butter slime. You have to re-seal the unused clay right away- don't let it sit out if you're not using it because it dries up very quickly!
