The tumbler is very nice. I see people complain about how it leaks from the top. Yes it does but 2 reasons. 1 is there is a breather hole. Very small but does drip out fluid. Not a lot but does drip. The other hole it leaks from is the drinking hole. As a person will I drink from this container laying down? No way. Did not buy it for that reason. Bought it because I wanted to see if the ice would last in the container and the main reason is my wife would get upset if I did not put a napkin Under my icy glass on my night table because it would sweet out. Well, she won't get upset with me know. I could not believe that the ice held up for more than 11 hours overnight with the plastic straw inside it. I did not have any more time to time it out, even though the ice was still there after 11 hours when I dumped it out. It did not sweet or drip on my night table. The wife was happy. If you knock the container over it will drip out but not spill all your Beverage out. I enjoyed it and would definitely Buy another one for a friend that also has a wife that would complain about a wet night table.

If you accidentally tip it over, it leaks around the straw area

I bought the Matt Black Skinny Tumbler in Oct 2019. The first thing I noticed was that it was a hard to hold when full because of its smooth surface. I fixed that by installing a 2 1/2" rubber band grip from an old tumbler I had and now it's much easier to hold. I received a plastic straw instead of a metal straw that I was expecting. It worked fine until this morning when It broke while I was popping the top off by lifting up on the cover's tab, something I'd done many times before. The straw must have been in just the wrong position this time. Now I have to see if I can replace the straw after only 4 mo. of use. It gets only 2 stars because of it being hard to hold and the plastic straw.Update 3/7/20: I updated my rating from 2 to 4 stars because of their great Customer Service. A few days after my review I received an email saying a new (metal) straw was in the mail. Kudos to their customer service department.

Love it so much bought another one and a bigger size

I love this cup. I love the slender design; it’s nicer to hold as well as the fact that it stands out from all the other steel cups that all have the same shape.A couple of days ago I was helping the guys during a work day at our hunting camp. The heat index was somewhere near Mercury and my contribution to the labor efforts was to follow along in my UTV with snacks and coolers of ice water. It was a hot long day in my UTV. I brought my new skinny tumbler along to keep my drinks on ice and I noticed how hot the cup holder had gotten and how hot the outside of my tumbler (being metal) was when I’d pick it up. (The cup holders in my UTV are positioned along the center of the vehicle which is in line with the hot exhaust system underneath; the center consoles can get pretty hot because of this.) Nevertheless, my cute cup still held the ice and my drinks always stayed iced cold. This was a great spontaneous purchase. I’ll likely buy more to give as gifts.
