Delivery was quick. Only took 30 minutes to put up. Easy to understand instructions. The family love the pool, only had it about 2 weeks so not sure about long run yet but so far it's been great. My house has never been so busy 😂

We bought this pool for our 2 children aged 4 and 9 and had high hopes for it. I wish we had read reviews before purchasing. The pool initially was fairly easy to assemble with two adults doing it, though the leg brackets and pins felt cheap and flimsy. The liner seemed okay. You could tell it had been 'slapped' together but no water leaked upon filling so off to a good start. Not long after first initial use, we sprung a leak. Couldnt find the source anywhere so contacted Dellonda and they provided a second liner free of charge under warranty after sending photos of leaking water. Drained old pool (£200 in water costs down the drain) reassembled with new liner and refilled. Wed been using chemicals provided to maintain the pool but after not usinf the pool for a week, we noticed algae and debris at the bottom of the pool. Spent a few days trying to clear it using the chemicals provided by dellonda and a pool hoover, but levels werent improving and we noticed water level dropping about an inch a day so after consulting a pool maintenance expert, we drained the pool using the plug, and cleaned the liner looking for holes or damage as he saud even a grain of sand can damage pool liners. We noticed a few patches on the bottom where the liner had turned white, almost as if bleached (cant imagine how or why) but no other noticeable damage. We checked under the pool (the ground sheet provided is literally a piece of tarp so we had 3 pool liners underneath the pool for extra protection), but nothing underneath. Refilled the pool but water is still being lost at about an inch a day. Cant find the leak, even using the dye trick. Have contacted dellonda for a full refund. I woukd advise to buy from a more reputable brand. Dont buy cheap. It costs more in the long run.

So happy with this pool...the kids and grandkids love it...the only downside is the pump...its not very powerful and u can't see it working.....id invest in a new better pump so u can get the full benefit from the pool

Was a little worried about this pool after reading the reviews, but I've got say after having a bestway pool before, this is a 100% as good as that, if not better! Went up great and its really sturdy! Great buy 👍

Great pool, easy to assembled once got just of it, sturdy and well made, once start filling I reccomend just going round and smoothing out the bottom when has a little water in to hold it down and make sure legs are strait too.....but great pool!

Plastic joiners broken when arrived
