Do not stick/stay in place
These do not stay in place on your heal when wearing shoes. I had to use 5 in one night because they either would not stick or rubbed off when I walked. Will not buy again and would not recommend.

Had to replace them daily as just didn’t withstand either wearing them with shoes or having a shower.
