Good value. Good texture and flavor.

I am so impressed with these! I have a slightly food sensitive kiddo and I really wanted to find an alternative that was just as easy to grab-and-go, so I took liberties and was not disappointed. I was a little rebel and made them in the microwave like I would have before for the store bought kind. They turned out perfectly! I used water and organic better than boullion paste to season. WOW! The next time I made them I added a pinch of Celtic salt and maybe a tsp of nutritional yeast and that was great too, but for my son I'll keep it simple. Very satisfied with the texture of the noodles which is surprising because, though the ingredients are clean and safe for my family, buckwheat sounded concerning and bulky. It was not! The noodles are slightly bigger than typical store-bought ramen noodles when left to absorb some broth for a few minutes. They do not taste like a typical gluten free noodle and they do not fall apart. I'll be ordering these monthly!

These noodles get mushy before they are done. I did not care for the taste of them at all. I will not be purchasing these again.

It's hard to find ramen not made with wheat, I had in the past but that brand was no longer available. These were made of buckwheat and although shaped like ramen, they cooked up more like the tiny udon noodles. The flavor is good but cooking times tricky, because they are like fine angel hair you have to keep checking. They break easily so making a noodle salad isn't as easy as it looks. Good value for the price, good flavor and texture.

great taste and texture, grand kids loved them. good price, will probably buy again when needed.

I enjoyed these very much. I searched Amazon to find some low-sodium flavors to give them some flavor. Most are very spicy (!) but some are milder. To cook, you can either microwave in water for 3 minutes, or just pour boiling water on it and let it soak in. Nice and easy, either way.

Tastes great

pretty small portions - about 2/3 the amount of your standard single pack inexpensive ramen noodles - and these are pretty mushy if you don’t carefully time how long you soak them - I definitely wouldn’t recommend them for soup or high broth dishes

Good product

I have been searching for healthy noodles and these fit the bill. Clean organic ingredients, no oil, no additives. The texture of the noodles are wonderful. Bouncy and chewy like ramen noodles should be. 7g or protein is a real bonus. As a T2D it is great to be able to enjoy homemade ramen again!

it's pretty healthy, for diabetics it's a nice change compared to white flour.

Love this product. Taste great and it's organic! So many ways to enjoy them. Made spaghetti and meatballs.

Being on a vegan, non-gluten diet, I wanted to find a good alternative to Barilla and De Cecco spaghetti. I would try supermarket non gluten alternatives, but they were very disappointing. These noodles are healthy, non-gluten and delicious. It is a winner!
