average life 1 year
I have been using Zaigle 1-2 times a week even less, this is the second one i have to throw away. First one brought from Korea, after acting up I threw away because I used with Trans from 220-110V. Second one I bought from Amazon in Oct 2017, pretty much same problem.It is good to have one but it is too expensive to use for only one year. I have 4 nice pan come with zaigle, two of them are never used. I don't know what to do.

Not a finished product
the central hole is a good idea, but food slip into it, sometimes stuck.the light is not strong enough.the light can't move at all.the $4? one is way better than this one.

alters the flavor but overall very good product
good in terms of no smell, smoke, nor burnt meat. it alters the flavor of the pork belly significantly tho.

Disappointed
Takes a long time to heat up and cook, and seems to be weak compared to the Zaigle grills available in Korea. Very disappointed in this grill, especially considering the cost. Too bad I'm past the return date.
