I recently purchased the Hamilton Beach Electric Vegetable Chopper & Mini Food Processor, and I’ve been really happy with it. It’s compact, easy to use, and perfect for everyday cooking tasks. I mainly use it for chopping onions, garlic, and making small batches of sauces, and it works quickly and efficiently every time. One of my favorite features is how simple it is just press the top to chop. There’s no complicated setup, which makes it great when you’re in a hurry. The blades are sharp and powerful enough to handle most ingredients, and it can even puree foods smoothly. Cleaning is also very easy since the parts come apart quickly and are dishwasher-safe. The size is ideal for small portions, but if you’re cooking for a large family, you might need something bigger. Also, since it’s quite powerful, you have to be careful not to over-process food. Overall, this is a great budget-friendly kitchen tool. It saves time, is easy to clean, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. This is a very handy little choppper. I've got a big 13 cup food processor that has a lot of parts & takes some time to clean. This chopper is easy peazy to use and clean. No lining things up perfectly. just make sure the bottom cup is on, then drop in the blade, food then plop the top on & press! Love it so much,I've given one as a gift too!

I do have a large blender that I love, but sometimes its just too large. Getting small blends out of the bottom of it can be hard. I used this Hamilton Beach processor to blend up some frozen berries into my yogurt. It was perfect size, easy to remove the yogurt from the jar, and I was tickled pink when I was done! Sometimes too big is just plain too big, and that would be a full-sized blender for a small-size job. This unit was powerful, worked as described, and did a really nice job. Easy to put together and take apart, and easy to clean.

Great little food processor for small jobs. It’s not big enough for regular recipes, but if you just need to chop a few veggies, it’s ideal. Just press down and it processes. You can’t choose the speed, but you can control how many times you pulse/push down the processor to create the consistency you want. It successfully ground pistachios and dates, but the blade just nicked the chocolate chips. It did a good job blending. Its plastic bowl and lid are strong. They went through the dishwasher without warping or becoming brittle like the plastic parts of other food processors I’ve had in the past. Because of that, I don’t foresee it not fitting together, breaking or leaking. Easy to take apart for clean up. It doesn’t take up much room in the dishwasher or cupboard. Although I use a food processor often, it is versatile enough for my needs. Its simplicity makes cooking more streamlined rather than being a drawback. I consider it a good investment.

This chopper is the bomb! I didn't get it to use for chopping vegggies, I am working on eating high protein and wanted to try it for blending cottage cheese smooth for recipes. I tried my magic bullet, but it was hard to get everything to mix thoroughly since it is thick. The food processor did work but was too large for what I was trying to do, and a pain to clean up. This is perfect for two-three cups and blended it up smoothly. I made a dip from cottage cheese and yoghurt, and it blended all the ingredients with no problem at all. It's nice and small so doesn't take up too much room on a shelf. Easy to use, just press down on the lid. Directions say it can be machine washed but it took me no time to rinse and wash and put on the drying rack - only three small pieces. Definitely worth the money to me. I'm very pleased with the results and how easy it was to use.

I’m a wildlife rehabber and make fresh mashes for my Starlings and Sparrows. They are very picky and if the consistency isn’t just right they won’t eat it. I’ve been using a manual chopper because I was worried about it becoming too much of a purée but that takes forever and the pieces aren’t always the same size. This little food processor is a complete life saver! It has been the best purchase I’ve made all year! Excellent quality, ready in minutes and insanely easy to clean as I don’t have a dishwasher that is very important to me. Incredible price, powerful and holds a lot for such a compact machine. 100% recommend! Don't think, just buy it!

Love this little chopper, easy to use. Great design, the center point is much taller than other choppers I have, the food does not get up inside easily because of the push down operation, helps the cutting blade stayed in placed. This works great for small jobs and especially for mixing my herbs for marination. I don't use it on meat products, I have a full size Cuisinart processor for that job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Me gusta mucho concinar, pero detesto picar cebolla (me hace llorar, tiro por viaje). Cuando vi esto en Amazon... y a este precio... simplemente tuve que pedirlo. ¡Una excelente decisión! Es pequeño y fácil de usar. Pero, quizá lo más importante: ¡es facilísimo de lavar! Smiplemente quitar la tapa, la cuchilla, y la base, lavar con cuidado, secar, y guardar. Ahorra mucho tiempo picando las cosas, y me gusta mucho cómo deja los cortes. Por supuesto, hay que saber utilizarlo. No se deja apretado consntatemente, porque haría un licuado. Más bien: se le dan pequeños "toques" (yo diría que de medio segundo cada uno) y se va midiendo cómo va el proceso de picado... y se le dan más toques (según sea necesario) hasta que quede justo como quieres. Ahora, picar cebolla es tan fácil como partir una cebolla en octavos, echarlos al chopper, y listo. Ya solo falta ver cuánto tiempo dura... pero, por el precio... vale la pena intentarlo.

Wow, I've been cooking for 65 years and never knew they made these minis. I've got a big food processor that won't do small jobs. I found out about this while watching a food prep video. What a delight! Works like a charm, very stable, fast, and quiet for a food processor. This is saving me tons of work - very easy to clean. Great quality. Hamilton Beech, you went the extra mile. .
