Slow but usually does the work. You have to bring it closer to ur face. And you can add any water of your choice . It really gives a cooling effect which is totally a plus point. So its completely the value for money, and the steaming capacity is very for a longer time which is also good and its quite easy to use,pocket friendly and easy to carry as well.
