THE BEST WAY to end this spin off series
I’ve been so looking forward to Fiona and Knox’s story and Ms Nicholas did not disappoint. This pair have awesome chemistry and have been circling each other for a good while now so the depth of feelings that they both had for the other was understandable and awesome; until a few big truths came out and then I wasn’t sure they were gonna make it!!!!Fiona has the biggest heart, doesn’t think about herself nearly enough and will always do what she thinks is the right thing, even if it’s not the right thing for her!!Knox, oh man, that big growly town manager has a squishy heart of gold, which we see throughout KMG. He had a pretty set idea of how his relationship with Fiona should go but I was rooting for him to get his head out of his backside and for him to see himself as she did….. that’ll all make sense when you read their story.I adore this series, the Landry’s were as involved as they always are, there were surprises and secrets revealed and a lot of the craziness we’ve come to expect with our trips to Autre. Erin had me a little all over the place with this story but it was THE BEST WAY to end the BotBGW series….. and FINALLY we got to find out Knox’s first name… that was fun!!!!!I am now impatiently waiting to meet some of the other Landry cousins in Erin’s next spin off series….

Amazing and surprising
If you are like me and like to immerse yourself in another area and get hooked on the life of not only the main characters but the supporting cast I highly recommend this book. Erin has a way if drawing you in and you get lost in the Bayou. You laugh, cry and shout as you go wanting everyone to get thier happy ever after. Wss totally worth losing sleep to read.

Happy sigh
Two things I love in a book are slow burn and a grumpy hero. As the last book in the series (although each is a stand alone) Knox and Fiona’s story has been the ultimate slow burn, and Knox really is a grumpy guy, so I’m happy! Written with Erin Nicholas’s trademark humour, heat and insights this is a wonderful world to lose oneself in. Enjoy!

"Why was she madly in love with a man who couldn't wait to get rid of her?"
Kiss My Giraffe is the seventh and final book in Erin Nicholas' Boys Of The Bayou Gone Wild series and is City Manager Knox and the girl who's been driving him wild for the last two years, Fiona's incredible story. For the past two years, Fiona has been coming to Autre and bringing many different animals for the animal park with her and ever since the first time, she has been making Knox crazy. Firstly with all the hassle and extra work that comes with her bringing the animals and with their intense chemistry and undeniable attraction.Somehow Knox and Fiona have resisted acting on their attraction but after dropping by at Christmas, they decide that they should explore things more. And because Fiona lives so far away, she is perfect for Knox, after his last couple of relationships he believes if he gets involved with someone local, he'll get too invested in their lives and they'll find him too much."A long-distance, no-strings-attached fling with this woman was perfect."But it's been three months since Christmas and Fiona hasn't come back to Autre and has Knox wondering whether he's made a mistake by suggesting they take things further.Until she turns up on his doorstep one night with a lot of surprises; She's moving to Autre and bringing more animals! She has an adorable little girl and she's been keeping a big secret about who she really is and who her family is.Upon hearing the news about her moving to his town and also finding out that they'll be neighbours, Knox puts a stop to anything happening between them. But of course they won't be able to stay away from each other for long, chemistry like theirs, doesn't just disappear because you want it to!Can Knox and Fiona figure out a way to overcome all the obstacles standing in their way and become a little family? Or will Knox's insecurities and Fiona's family ties ruin their chance at happiness?Read Kiss My Giraffe to find out!I really enjoyed Kiss My Giraffe, it is now my favourite book from this series and I'm a little sad that this is the end. But I am looking forward to Erin's new series Badges Of The Bayou.

Opposites Attract
Loved this new book in the Boys of the Bayou Gone Wild series as Fiona and Knox, after what seems like an interminable age of flirtation, finally give into their mutual attraction and let their chemistry flare. They are complete polar opposites, Knox comes across as being so anal and precise in everything he does but has a centre as soft as a marshmallow and Fiona who lets her heart guide her especially when it comes to the protection of any animal. Right now though her heart has led her right next door to Knox and while he was happy enough for them to hook up whenever she was passing through town, a full on relationship was the last thing he was looking for. This and the two rather large and life changing secrets she’s been keeping has thrown Knox’s ‘friends with benefits’ plans into chaos. With a fantastic hero and heroine with great chemistry and the pure pleasure of catching up with the lives of characters from previous books this book was a great way spend a rainy afternoon. Throw in some cute animals ranging from otters and fennec foxes to the more exotic wombats and giraffes and Kiss My Giraffe was a fantastic finale to what has been an enjoyable romcom series.

A must read
I have been waiting for this since Knox and Fiona had their first exchange in Ellie's in the first book of the series. It has been so, so worth the wait, I absolutely could not put this book down. Fiona is sassy and fiesty and still so completely full of surprises and mystery, whilst Knox is every bit as grumpy and broody as I expected with a secret squishy side and I am so here for all of it!At the heart of this book, as always, is Autre. Every visit to Autre just feels like coming home, being wrapped in a warm blanket and given a hot chocolate, and this time was no different. I wish I could dive in and live there forever.
