10/10!!! This stuff is AMAZING, it really works!. I make a sleepy Mocktail with it. I use 1 to 1 & 1/2 teaspoon powder -I pour some sparking Lemon or Lime water on it (La Croix for example) - allow it fizz (this is what really releases the ingredients)- fill remainder of glass with rest of the sparkling water, then I add a dash of PURE Tart Cherry Juice (needs to be 100% juice- not from concentrate)- Tart Cherry juice has natural melatonin in it. Then I drink and enjoy. I cannot keep my eyes open after drinking this- I may last 20 mins. Often have no remembrance of falling asleep, it's wild. I do not feel groggy the next morning. It has never upset my stomach or caused gut issues- but I am not sensitive to things like that. I personally love the flavor- especially with the cherry juice- it tastes like Sherbet ice-cream. I will always use this!! Love love love this product!!

I have been taking this for a while now. I don’t take it every night but when I do, I mix it with pure tart cherry juice which also is good for sleep and it tastes great. I didn’t really like it mixed with just water but the cherry juice mocktail I make with it is good. It does calm me before bedtime and I sleep much better. Great product.

I love this stuff. I am a runner and pay close attention to getting enough electrolytes and I was having a hard time getting enough magnesium. So I ordered this one and the raspberry lemon daytime version. I opened this one first and tried it for night time - I liked the semi-tart wildberry taste and it made me sleep soundly. After I finished the bottle (other reviewers are correct that the bottle is less than half full and doesn’t last as long as the label claims it should), I opened the raspberry lemon, excited to try it since I liked the other version so much. OMG the taste is terrible, at least compared to wildberry. The first night I drank it right after brushing my teeth, so I thought maybe that’s why it was so bad. The next night I waited to brush my teeth after - still tasted awful. I read a lot of reviews and a lot of people love the raspberry lemon flavor so it’s all based on personal taste but I really struggle to make myself drink that one. I just ordered my second bottle of Calm Sleep and have been taking a little every night. I don’t know if it’s habit forming but I’m going to try to make it a less frequent habit just in case - not to mention it will last longer that way, because it’s not inexpensive. But it does work and I’m going to keep using it as long as it works for me.

I've used Natural Calm over 20 years for regularity. I recently discovered Calm Sleep that contains GABA, melatonin and l-theonine specifically for sleep. I appreciate this formulation as it addresses the different reasons people have difficulty sleeping. GABA and l-theonine helps reduces anxiety, racing thoughts and calms the mind. These were the supplements I have been taking separately and now don't have to. The only caution is - this is magnesium citrate so if you take too much, it may give you loose stools, so be careful in starting. I have recommended this to others and it helps them with regularity and sleep

This stuff is amazing! Makes me melt into my bed and sleep like a baby. I wake up refreshed and not groggy! Highly recommend

The product works well. However, this powder has a bit of sourness to it when mixed with water and smells like you’re drinking air freshener. The berry flavor doesn’t taste like berries to me. However, it does help with relaxation prior to sleep, so I switched to taking their capsules instead. Unfortunately, the capsules are not sold on Amazon.

I’ve tried many sleep aids, including Unisom and other over-the-counter options, but this magnesium with melatonin has given me the best quality sleep. I take it with just a small amount of water to avoid waking up during the night. The light fizzing sound is calming, and I actually enjoy the taste. Since using this, I wake up feeling refreshed—even if I don’t sleep for a long time. I’m also noticing my skin looks better with more restful sleep. So glad this brand offers this effective combination.

Out go-to sleep aid. Works wonders, and we really feel it when we don’t use it.
