This makes amazing hot chocolate! Easy to use and dissolves easily. If you purchase this, I recommend moving it to an airtight container so it does not get exposed containments like moisture otherwise it will develop mold.

I still bought this after reading reviews about its lumpiness. I heated the milk alone first. It was not lumpy when the milk was heated, when milk was cold, lumpy. My advice, heat the milk before adding the powder.
