I've only worn these once, so I cant comment on the durability, but I love these shorts! Not quite thick enough to call it a sweat pant short, but it has a similar feel. They are a little boxy and they hold their shape, but that is exactly what I was looking for in these shorts. They are very comfortable, heavier weight short, and fit nicely. As long as these hold up over time, I would say that they are worth the cost.

I love these shorts. After my first pair, I ordered a second pair of a different color. And I'm wearing them as I write this. I like that these shorts have a short inseam. At 5' 7" I have shorter legs and these strike me just past mid-thigh. I personally hate the look and feel of shorts that hang to my knees or longer. The material is thick and stretchy. The Terry fabric on the inside is soft and comfortable, and being 80% cotton, they don't get too hot. The elastic waistband tends to hold them on, but the drawstring is superior. It's a wide, woven cloth band, 1/2 inch or better. So tying it doesn't easily lead to knots. Nor does it dig in after a couple of hours. The pockets are generous in front and it has a rear pocket too. But the pockets zip. No more wallet falling out or keys gone in the seat of the last booth you sat in. These are athletic shorts, but they are stylish enough with the tie, and pockets that when you match the socks and shirt, (avoiding grey sweats color), they look fine to enter cafes and coffee shops. Secure pockets, stylish looks and comfort -- it's all there.

I like these shorts a lot, but I bought them expecting something a little different. Primarily I thought that these were going to be a bit thinner, not quite as heavy. They fit well, and they’re soft and comfy. A bit too short to judge warmth etc. but they are made well. I’m tall and have longer legs and the 5” feels short.

Fit really good, great workmanship. All the pockets are zipper closed. The drawstring is a decorative choice, but it looks good.

Excellent quality. Very pleased. I thought the price was high, but it is justified by the quality. You can find cheaper gym shorts st H&M, but these are thicker and will last longer. Zip pockets are a nice touch

My favorite shorts, true to size. Soft material, large pockets, machine washable, not breathable as they are cotton, good stretch, and they look pretty good. What more could you ask for. Super comfortable and they come in many colors which is a bonus. Highly recommend! I’m 5’9 around 200 pounds with large thighs and glutes and the large fits me great.

Nice fabric quality, feel and comfort. A bit on feel as it felt as if I had tried them backwards but it was just the feel of the zipped up side pockets. The only reason for lower rating is how inaccurate the color in the picture is. It turned out to be more of a super minty / sage green. Too vivid compared to the more mellow green/grayish color in the pictures. It makes me think of a mint chocolate Klondike bar. Lol dont ask me why.
