Metrosafe X Anti Theft Urban Sling

I found this bag very comfortable and convenient for daily use while traveling in Rome and other parts of Italy. It is a good size for carrying my essentials — neither too small nor too large/heavy. The locking mechanism is easy once you’ve done it a few times, but hopefully too fussy for a pickpocket. I attached a carabiner to the side loop to carry my hat. It is expensive but worth it to me for the quality, security and peace of mind. My one strong recommendation for improvement would be to add a zipper pocket on the backside (against the body) that I could use for my phone. It was a pain to have to unlock the bag every time I wanted to take a photo, and I wished I had someplace to stash it for quick removal other than an open pants or jacket pocket.

Best product for keeping your credit cards and Passport safe while traveling. IT IS CUT PROOF, SCAN PROOF and has a special zipper locking mechanism to detour a thief!! DON'T LEAVE ON A TRIP WITHOUT IT!!!!

I am a big fan of Pacsafe's products. I love my Pacsafe GO crossbody bags, but I wanted one in the same style that could fit my 10" iPad. This one worked perfectly! There is still enough room for a few other items without the bag feeling too bulky to carry around all day. The inside is surprisingly roomy. There is a large RFID pocket on one side with slots for credit cards, passport, etc., and an attached key ring like my other Pacsafe bags. The opposite side has a large zippered mesh pocket. I was surprised to see that the outer rear side of the bag is padded. I really appreciate the thought that goes into designing these bags. The strap is cut-proof and has a unique and sturdy safety feature to secure it. The zipper tabs also have a secure locking system. The materials used to make these bags are of excellent quality. They are easy to wash, too. I hang them to dry and they do so quickly. I highly recommend this bag, especially when traveling abroad.

I have a pacsafe backpack I’ve used for years, but wanted a smaller bag for carrying my camera and a couple of lenses. When I first got it, I thought it might be too big. Used this on a recent trip to Japan and it was awesome. Plenty of room for everything I needed for the day - a place for my passport (which you are required to carry in Japan) as well as a place for cash and cards, even room for a small umbrella. Access to cash and cards was so easy with the bag in front of me. I wound up leaving my trusty pace safe backpack in our room for most of the trip. About to order a second one of these sling bags for my husband. He searched everywhere in Japan and could not find a bag he liked better.

I bought this for my partner for an upcoming trip to Greece. He needs to keep his personal items safe on his person and this is perfect. The size is big enough to hold a water bottle and all his essentials. He likes the pac because it isn’t too big or too small… it’s comfortable to wear as well. Classic black color looks very stylish!

This is my daily bag wherever I go! The security features like slash proof padding , wires throughout the strap so it’s cut proof and being able to lock the zippers, are just a few of the features really what make me feel more secure when traveling abroad or just around town, it’s a comfortable design and when it’s stuffed with whatever I have that day , it’s still nice and comfortable. It’s a perfect size too if I want to carry water bottle and some snacks , it fits it no problem. I’ve been through a lot of cross body slings these past few years and this is the one I’m sticking with!

I used this sling at Disney World day after day for about 5 days. It never dug into my shoulder. It was big enough to fit all I wanted to fit into it, but small enough to not be cumbersome, especially when storing on rides. The quality is stellar. The security features are easy to use, yet would be hard for anyone to tamper with. I'm 5'4", and it never felt too large for me. Great sling.

Great bag for European travel. Just the right size for having items such as a wallet, passport, cash and smartphone on your body and not in your pocket where the pick pocketers go.

Quality is the usual from Pacsafe, awesome, works well, i can even use it as a waist bag as the strap is long enough for my big waist of 50 inches. Bag is roomy, can put a lot of stuff (small tablet up to 10" should fit comfortably.. 11" is pushing it but will just fit).. Would have preferred extra zipper opening in the front (for cigarettes) or the back (for passport), and a little deeper (3.5" to 4" would be perfect, 3" is ok).. but since only one opening, i understand why too for security reasons.. and its still good enough.. I have quite a number of Pacsafe items and they don't disappoint but they are pricey.. Managed to get this at a sale price, so its even more awesome.

I have been using the Pacsafe Herren Metrosafe X and Metrosafe LS450 for my travels - including areas that are notoriously known for pick-pocketing. What can I say? So far I have not been a victim of theft. While the trademark locks from Packsafe definitely take some time to get used to, they definitely are effective deterrents. Nobody will open your lock without noticing. Which is also really nice for the Metrosafe X in particular, as the ability to detach the shoulder strap and e.g., lock the back to a table. If you are sitting down in a restaurant, this saves you some awkward and uncomfortable sitting position to keep your bag safe. Overall, I have been carrying the Metrosafe X also outside of vacations. It's just nice to have small crossbag to put your money, cards and phone (e.g., work and private phone) into with no risk of anything accidentally falling out of your pocket. Bags for man are not common, but this one really convinced me. It is big enough to carry a small water bottle for trips or e.g., replace a backpack for the quick pick-up at the pharmacy. It's a great product.
