This product is great to help get solid, uninterrupted sleep. I use it in combination with magnesium threonate and that combination seems to work best for me. Highly recommend this supplement.

I have a lot going on right now with helping a parent with dementia and jumping through all the insurance and appeals to keep them in a skilled nursing facility for their theapy (they fell) i like to use natural things for health and I read an article about Apigenin and so I bought a bottle. I have taken Apigenin 4 nights in a row and have slept very sound and wake up rested. I feel more calm and it gives me an amazing solid nights rest. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family.

Great so far. Have only taken it for a few days, but have slept well. A big change for someone with insomnia, who regularly wakes for 3+ hours in the middle of the night.

As someone who struggles with insomnia, I was encouraged to try this product as it was advertised on social media. I have tried it ten times coupled with magnesium glycinate. I experienced no effect in relaxation or induced sleep. I feel like I was a victim of marketing.

Been using this for the last month and have seen huge improvements in sleep. However I've also experienced wildly vivid and disturbing dreams (lifelong sleep walker so I'm prone to it apparently). Suspect that L-Theanine is the culprit and will be trying an Apigenin only supplement by itself for awhile. Still, much more consistent sleep than with melatonin or any other supplements.

I forgot where I got the info about this supplement but it really works I started taking apigenin yesterday and 1 capsule today. The jitters are gone. I highly recommend this product.

I am on my second bottle of Apigenin by aSquared Nutrition. I take it every night before bedtime and it has definitely lengthened my sleep time. I want to keep purchasing this product, but I may have to find another company. It seems as if the capsules that they use have mold on them. The bottle doesn't smell moldy, but as soon as the water hits the capsule in my mouth, the taste of mold is strong. (The water is fine otherwise) I thought maybe the new bottle wouldn't be the same, but it is. I'm not sure what is going on with this product and I will be contacting the company about this.

This is a great product to take the edge off of a busy day. Also helps relax you for bedtime.
