Works great to help fall asleep
I started taking this to replace melatonin. It works so much better, doesn’t leave me with a groggy hangover in the morning and I fall asleep a lot quicker. I heard about this from a doctor and I’m so glad I switched. I’ll never go back to melatonin.

Works as Described
Does help with sleep and works about the same as the prescription sleep aid I have been using. I would recommend this product as an alternative to a prescription sleep aid. I will be subscribing to this product on my next order

Huge Sleep Improvement W/ One Drawback
Been using this for the last month and have seen huge improvements in sleep. However I've also experienced wildly vivid and disturbing dreams (lifelong sleep walker so I'm prone to it apparently). Suspect that L-Theanine is the culprit and will be trying an Apigenin only supplement by itself for awhile. Still, much more consistent sleep than with melatonin or any other supplements.

This works very well for me.
It works very well. I was surprised. It clearly helps me sleep through the night, even when I'm stressed by the day's events. I'm definitely buying this again! I found online that adding magnesium L-threonate will cause it to be even more effective, if needed, and that seems to be true also.

Relaxed Sleep
Very relaxing sleep - glad I tried it. Prevents me from waking up many times at night. Best sleep aid I have found, better than l-tryptophan for me.

Not working for me
This product hasn’t worked for me. At least not yet. I have taken 5 doses so far. I am sleeping no better than before I started taking it. One night it made me feel funny. Can’t really describe how. A couple of mornings I’ve been groggy in spite of poor sleep. You’d think if it made me groggy I would have at least gotten some decent sleep from it. From my research, this is a legitimate product. It may be that it just doesn’t work for me.
