We ordered 2 mega play kits and the 3 way tube to connect them. Unfortunately due to a manufacturing defect the wrong zippers were on the net enclosure to join up the tube. Here's where it gets awesome! The customer service was next level. I let the company know through their website of the issue. They ordered new covers which ended up being backordered at their manufacturer so provided an extra tube and a couple of play pens so we could take our 3 cats camping while we wait for the new covers. I would do business with a caring company like this over and over again. The cats love hanging out in the big enclosures although they can't join together atm. We have one set up on our deck and one in the house without the net. One of our girls has decided the bed is her new house and curls up in it all the time. The quality of materials is excellent and it's easy to put together.

This has saved our life! Our cat is always wanting to go outside! This has allowed him to be out there safely. He can watch the birds and have a great time. The mesh is really sturdy, I’m pleasantly surprised. I was skeptical at first, but it’s great. He hasn’t tried to claw out of it either.
