This works so much better than Aaron or otherwise sprays. I was able to wean myself off Afrin by using this product. Now, I use this product once every other day or sometimes every third day or night I use it once. So much better for you. For me I use two sniffs on each nostril and that is all I need for days. Eventually, I will not need it at all. I will keep it around in case I get sick and have a stuffy nose.

This inhaler is not a menthol inhaler. It is actual medicine. It doesn't smell the best but once you take two deep inhales on each nostril, you can feel the medication going to work and clearing your nasal congestion. It works extremely well as a decongestant! 5 🌟 all the way!

I have severe allergies. Back and forth between clogged, free and draining. From the moment I either wake up or exit the house. This is the only thing I've found to work. Critically work! Two medium inhales on each nostril. Viola! The smell is Windex to me. Not a fan. Don't use that stuff. Mind over matter and the fact that you WILL BE BREATHING again. I have three, home, truck, work.

TIP to open: I use my nut cracker to open the top the first time. Works like a charm! After that it is easy to open. Best nasal decongestant available. Works quickly. The smell doesn’t bother me at all, and disappears in less than a minute. But DO NOT OVER USE or you will get the rebound effect which is miserable!!

As a genetic trait, my entire extended family suffers from sneezing fits at sudden temperature changes. They can last up to 15-20 minutes! We all have our defenses to shorten the duration and violence of these fits. My father will sip coffee, my sister will splash cold water up her nose, ect. I am a professional truck driver. For me these fits can be dangerous. Benzadrex is my go to. It's actually attached to my airhorn cable. It's fast, can be used in the middle of a sneeze and its inexpensive considering how long they last. I did see a warning about it being an amphetamine. This just isn't true. It was developed in the 30s to replace the inhalers of the time because THOSE WERE ANPHETAMINE BASED. I have been tested a ridiculous number of times thoughout my 40 year career and never tested positive for anything. So, no. It's not an amphetamine.

The product itself is great. It works. We have used it for years and it definitely clears up stuffy sinuses within minutes. The smell doesn't bother us. We make sure to not overuse it. The reason for the lower review is shrinkflation. The last time we ordered was 2022 and it was 250mg of active ingredient. Now it is 175mg. It's also 50 cents more. So it's 11% higher in price and 30% less of active ingredient (70% comparable use per a single inhaler). I guess that's in line with a real inflation rate of ~40% since 2022 (especially before 2025). However, why reduce the amount of the active ingredient and not just increase the price to account for it? I guess it's better to fool the customer into thinking they're getting the same thing at a comparable price.

The smell sucks doesn't last that long (definitely longer than an hour.) But hell, I can breathe. That's all that matters. I keep a box of tissues by my bed and a benzedrex and in a moment my congestion clears so I can breathe in my sleep. The relief is all that matters
