For the few extra $ go with Thermos. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well designed and meets my expectations for regular use. *by Z***R on January 9, 2018* Key points: Tight fitting lid, it does not leak. No need to crank it tight, just a firm turn to secure it. I've had it lying flat, even upside down, and had zero leaks. I also store it with the lid on, but just barely. You should preheat or precool the container, as the case may be, the temperature will remain steady for several hours. My experience has been as many as 6 hours with very little change in temperature. I makes sure the lid is on as I condition the jar so the seal is the same temperature as the liquid or food. I do it for about 5 minutes or so. The inside of the lid is stainless, not plastic! I think this is a great touch and it shows the thoughtfulness of the design. The spoon snaps in and stays secure, I have had no problems with it so far. The recess around the outside of the provides a good grip. Its easier to clean if you have a brush. I use my travel mug brush. The mouth is wide, which really helps for eating, and I can fit 3 fingers of my adult hand in there with a sponge to clean it, however, a brush works better. I was in contact with customer service over a question I had about the product. I messaged them on December 24 and received a very nice and helpful reply on December 25.
