Yes, it works very good on most meats. The 2 I have won’t cut cold ham with a rind and I haven t been successful with using it on crusted breads like ciabatta..

Hi, the usable portion of the blades are 8 inches / 20 cm. You could easily carve through everything from ham, turkey, bread loaves, and vegetables to crafting foam for DIY projects with its extra sharp grooved serrated blades.

Q: Will it Cut big bones?

I just used it to cut turkey and beef roasts . I never had the need to see if cut bones. Sorry.
