I finally got fed up spending a lot of time removing thick hair wrapped around the G-Tech roller. I have to dismantle it every few weeks. It's an absolute doddle to empty and also to remove the roller to remove my wife's long black hair. The instructions were fine and it comes with a spare filter. It doubles as a tall hoover to clean the carpets and if you remove the extension it is nice and compact to hoover the stairs or the car. It doesn't feel like it's has a lot of suck but so far, it's fine on carpets and I only had to turn the power to full once or twice. It's as light as a feather too which makes a difference. It does feel a little flimsy and the catch that holds the roller in doesn’t look as though it will last forever but only time will tell.
