Review: Works great on my old 1/2hp Bridgeport mill. - I had been using a 220 volt rotary phase converter prior to buying this item, and just wanted a basic 1 to 3 phase converter that did not need a lot of programming setup. The fact that this is 110 volt input and 220 volt output was a winner for me as I wanted to move machine and did not have 220 volts at new location. I did add the For/Stop/Rev switch so now my original switch on the Bridgeport is left in the forward position and I use this to control everything. When removing cover to set up switches, I found that it was difficult to get cover to slide off. Had to pry off with small screwdriver and was able to do so without damaging paint (powder coating?). As I said, this is easy to set up, and wiring was real basic. Would recommend this to all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great solution for the biggest inhibitoring factor in small home workshops *by B***A on October 23, 2020* Purchased to run the original 3-phase 1HP motor on my Bridgeport J-Head milling machine. Though I have a pretty decent grasp on the subject of electricity, I'm not the most competent when it comes to the practical; despite this, the instructions helped guide me through the process with ease and it does work incredibly well and I simply use a laser tachometer to establish the spindle speed.
