Bought two for my daughters and they love them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Houston we HAD a problem (it’s fixed) *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2019* Let me start with CampBound (& Rhino) was very quick to jump on and correct our issue. I ordered two trunks (different colors for different kids). One came in perfect condition inside and out the Second came in perfect condition for the trunk however one of the two wheels used to roll around this incredibly heavy trunk was broken. I made a phone call the same night we received the trunks to both CampBound and Rhino about the broken wheel and had to leave a message as it was late. The first thing the next morning I got a phone call back from both companies asking me about the wheel. Rhino trunks and CampBound communicated with each other and I was immediately sent two replacement wheels for the one that broke. The communication between the two companies was great and the response to my broken wheel was even better we received it within a week of my phone call. Now we have two perfect trunks for our two very happy girls. This was one of the best experiences with having a broken part and having it replaced I’ve had with a company yet. In addition the color you get looks exactly like the color on your phone.
