I really like this board. I am busy, and quite honestly, lazy too; so, regular gym visits are not going to happen at this stage of my life. So, I welcome any motivators to exercise at home. This one is definitely a good motivator, because it's kind of fun and doesn't require any will power. We haven't used it for too long; so, I can't vouch for its long-term durability, but it seems quite sturdy to me. It doesn't come with any instructions; so, I just went on YouTube and searched under "balance exercise board"; the search will give you all the ideas you need for using it. My legs are already quite strong; so, I was looking to build up some strength in my upper body; so, YouTube videos show using it with weights and even doing push ups. So, good enough for me :).

I love the concept but the quality is very poor. My board has very limited use and already has a crack started on each side of the board working its way towards the middle. I weigh 195 lbs. so clearly within the weight rating range. Do not buy this product as it is a waste of money.

This was bought for my classroom and has held up to all of my students using it as a “surf board “. Very high quality!!!

This is super fun to use but I don't get that great of a workout.

Purchased if February and 2-3 months later and the crack started to form and it's only getting bigger. I am 175lbs and the heaviest of my family. The rating of 400lbs is a joke

I bought a bunch of these for grandkids. I turn on the Isley Brothers’ “Twist and Shout” and they grab their boards and start rocking. Big fun, and a healthy way to vent off all that kid energy.
