Great taste and unlike salad dressing made with less expensive ingredients this dressing does not seem to cause swelling. That said this dressing is very expensive. Health salad dressing can be made at home for less if you own a blender.

This dressing was such a pleasant surprise. It has lots of flavor and no after-taste, plus a great, creamy consistency. If you're trying to go Paleo, this is a complete no-brainer. Just be sure to shake well before you use, and enjoy your salad guilt-free.

I really like this dressing! But the design of the bottle really sucks. The dressing gushes out so fast and gets all over my hands, the counter, everywhere. It's messy. And it's just about impossible to get the last bit out as it sticks to the inside. Each bottle lasts about five bowls of salad for me, and I use dressing more sparingly than ANYone I know. So despite the good quality and taste of the dressing, the price is hard to justify for just a few bowls of salad. Too much of the dressing is wasted. They need to update the design of the bottles to be more efficient, especially if the price is going to remain so high. Otherwise, I really like the ingredients and the flavor is just right.👌

i use as a marinade for chicken vs as a salad dressing. it makes the chicken flavorful-

The dressing was sooooo thick, it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to shake it out of the bottle. I had to add olive oil to dilute it and still it’s a nightmare. Sometimes it feels like the founders of these things do not test their own product. It has mayonnaise consistency, so a jar would work MUCH better. Def not buying again despite good taste.

This is an excellent and healthy dressing. It came up on a top ten list for healthy dressings when I googled it. It is great on salad or just plain on some organic spinach. You will like it!
