It holds standard-sized credit cards and standard-sized business cards perfectly. If the Paul Allen card (whatever that is) is not exactly those standard sizes, then no, it will not fit.

Can this be laser engraved?

Scam! It's not the same product they have shown in the pictures/ discription. Differences :- 1) It doesn't have inner liner. 2) They said its fingerprint resistant but mine is fingerprint magnet. 3) It doesn't have same texture. Edit: I got a replacement but it's the same crappy holder.
