These treats are so yummy! Tangy, chewy with a little kick. The spice is mild, and it’s just right to wake me up in the afternoon. Love the Tamarindo flavor, can’t wait to try the other flavors.There is a white powder on these treats, but i read it’s just the sugar that cracks. It doesn’t really affect the flavor and i didn’t mind it at all.

These are addictive. They're like crack! Haha. They arrived quickly and in good condition. As other reviewers have stated, the white part is NOT mold. If you're Mexican, have Mexican friends, or have visited Mexico, you'd immediately understand that the white powder is finely powdered sugar and salt, contributing to the candy's unique and great flavor. These are so delicious. I purchased them as a gift for my mother who loves them and I couldn't help myself and had one... or two.

These are like a grown-up version of Fruit Roll-Ups, and I only wish I had found them sooner. Each individual bar is roughly 1.25" by 2.5" but they are jam-packed with flavor! The second that one is out of my mouth, I am already craving it again. These Pulparindo are sweet and full of that lovely tamarind flavor, but are not cloyingly sweet the way many American candies are. There is a hint of saltiness, as if they have been infused with saltwater (they aren't; they are made with sugar, tamarind pulp, corn syrup, iodized salt, citric acid, ground chili, and sodium benzoate). I am a big fan of salt, so others may find it a bit salty (honestly, I would love them just as much without it), but it is subtle enough I don't think it is enough to be off-putting to anyone. The spice level is also very low. I like things a bit spicy, but cannot tolerate higher levels of spiciness, and this did not bother me at all. The chili is really a subtle back note, so unless you have extreme sensitivity to spiciness, you will barely notice it. It brings out the earthy, richness in the tamarind in a lovely way. I may try the spicier version of this at some point, but I have a feeling I will return to these regularly.Do not be turned off by the purported spiciness, as it is very mild. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Can't go wrong with Pulparindo! These are so good and great to snack on. It arrived in good condition. I definitely recommend it!

Es una estafa, pense que era una caja más grande pero es igual a la del super y la del super cuesta 40 pesos. NO LA COMPREN SI VIVEN EN MEXICO

Creo que los compre mas caros de lo que cuestan en algunas dulcerias. El sabor ya es conocido por muchos. No estaban caducados o proximos a hacerlo

Un producto bien conocido por los mexicanos. Me pareció muy practico pedirlo desde la app de Amazon porque a veces no lo tienden en las tiendas en la presentación de caja.

decided to order this on a whim with no idea what it's meant to taste like but it didn't disappoint! i imagine this to probably be something to get used to when you're only familiar with western tastes but growing up asian, this is exactly the kind of flavour i enjoy.
