These are indeed tough to get on but once they are on you will see that it is well worth the struggle. It does come with an opening in between the legs. I don't recommend trying to freely aim. I would definitely buy the little spout to place in the slit to relieve yourself. I purchased the black and tan and will definitely be purchasing more of these. Sizing can be weird though. *by M***E on September 11, 2025* I was really scared that medium would be too small for me but I almost think I could be a small but I’m definitely not a small size lol I’m 5’2”, 170lbs with an apron belly so the sizing can definitely be weird! Other than that, it’s super comfy & soft. I did notice when I put it on that it rolled down right away.
