Good product. We havee been taking these Vitamin D tablets daily for three weeks, and I’ve noticed a real boost in my overall energy and mood—especially on gloomy days. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the secure, resealable bottle ensures they stay fresh. Great value for the price, and I feel confident knowing I’m supporting my bone and immune health!

Fixed my severe deficiency
Got my levels from 13 to 63 in a year. I could barely get out of bed, and my energy came back in a big way. I took 10k daily for a couple months then down to 7500, then 5000. Always took w a meal and k2 and magnesium as well. It made me really sleepy at first, so I would take it at night. I spent more time in the sun too, but I'm pretty sure the vitamins helped a ton. I forgot to take them for 4 months and my levels dropped back down to 34. So now I'm back on them. It's unfortunate to have to spend more money for vegan D3, but it costs more to produce, and it's worth it to me. I wish these came in a bigger bottle!

I'm glad that this is vegan. I take one in the morning and one at lunch because I'm low in vitamin D.

Helpful product
My vitamin D level was very low. I live in the Northeast and winter doesn't allow me to get much sunshine. After taking this, my levels have returned to normal, so I know that this is effective. I am vegan so the ingredients are important to me. The dosage that works for me is one in the AM and 1 in the PM always with food. I have had no side effects, there is no icky taste and it is easy to use. I use the subscribe and save feature so that I don't run out.
