Can you dilute black pigment and if so what would you dilute with?

I use this with resin So my answer would be yes you can dilute it I do with resin,

Great question! Our brown dye can be like a dark chocolate color. But most importantly it's best to remember that with our liquid dyes a little bit goes a long way! If you add too much dye then it will definitely turn into a black color.

Can you add to water base paint?

This dye is highly pigmented and concentrated. I would imagine it could be.

Does it make good cells in resin

This is a pigment, not an alcohol ink.
