Does this come with a pole please??

No just the seat so you need to fit to your own bike pole

Do you need to adjust the seat height from a normal saddle as mine is already on the lowest setting

The seat is deep and reluctantly I think it will raise the seating height. However, I'm not sure by how much. If you want to more information I can try and measure the height increase in relation to my original seat.

Can someone please tell me how wide this seat is ? in pictures says 10.4" in description says 8.2" ?

It's 10.4" and is very comfortable, my rear very much appreciates the extra inches
