LOVE this waterer bought a second for a gift both of us lovethem useful easy makes life easy the product is spot on the just incase extras that come with it been a yr still don't need them But I have them this COMPANY IS TOP NOTCH best thing I've bought wish there was some cool matching feeder or that they came in different colors but nothing a little drawer liner paper can't stick on and fix lol Made it look like wood love it though

I love our Critter Concepts water dispenser! We have four large breed dogs and they go through the 6.5 gal dispenser in about 4-5 days. Beats filling up the old-fashioned "water cooler style" dispenser every other day. The dispenser is well-made and fairly easy to assemble. I say "fairly" because it does take a bit of finesse to get the valve assembly all lined up perfectly so there are no leaks. Love that the unit came with lots of extra o-rings because they do tend to wear out, especially when filling it with well water like we do. Would highly recommend this dispenser, whether you have one dog or a dozen!

We have ordered 8 of these buckets over the past 5 years. They beat filling up individual bowls of water ANY DAY but lately there are issues that, when you are using them daily, start to add up.First is the front left wheel is constantly coming off every time you pickup the bucket. An annoyance I thought was due to just wear and tear but we just got a brand new bucket and right off the bat the wheel comes off when we pick the bucket up.At some point the plastic cracks, usually around the wheels and tray. We get about a year before this happens.The red knob will also break though thats an easy replacement and we keep on hand.Our latest bucket arrived with a hole in the top and a rubber stopper in it, I'm wondering if on purpose for more easy dumping? Not sure but, again, wondering about the ongoing reliability of the buckets.Would LOVE to see a stainless insert or bowl for better sanitation. Plastic is never the best option for dogs but we negotiate for the Critter buckets because of how much easier they make our job.Overall-this is still the best bet on the market but for $200 I expect them to last longer than they do. Keep in mind this is for a dog daycare so heavy, heavy use and daily changes.

We have 6 beloved dogs. We're older and it's difficult to bend down and pick up the other water dispensers on the market to refill and clean them. We love and our dogs love this invention! Thank you. The price is steep but that's because there's nothing else like it on the market. I'm buying one for my son's and also my brother's dogs for Christmas because I can fortunately afford it. I definitely believe you'd sale more of these if the price wasn't as steep. Great value though!!!!

I like the concept of having enough water for my dogs. Way over priced. Seller is extremely rude. Returned the bucket cover due to wrong size. Seller had nerve to write me a nasty gram. But this product here don’t seal well and if you don’t watch it water will over fill and empty the whole bucket. The thought process is ok but for the price, not a good fit. But it is easy to clean that’s a positive. I’ll probably get another nasty gram for this review. If I do I’ll be sure to share🙂

This dog watering bowl is very sturdy, easy to clean, and easy to fill up and then maneuver to wherever you want to keep it. I got the 6.5 gallon and it is very light even when the tank is full thanks to the wheels provided. Also, they lock into place so it doesn't move when you don't want it to. It also shipped very fast. There are also accessories you can buy to go along with the tank (thermal covers, covers with art, disposable bowls to keep the permanent bowl clean, etc). Very high quality product. Also, the owner emailed me to thank me for the order and to let him know if I have any questions - great customer service as well!

I bought this ( 2 of them actually) last June. Worked great at first. They are both used inside house and away from elements. A few months ago they would intermittently start leaking. I contacted the company and they treated me like I was an idiot and didn’t know how to put the lid on. It had nothing to do with that as they worked fine for the first day or two and once the water level started to drop they would just start to leak everywhere out the spout. I changed the rubber seals, but that has not helped either. Completely not worth the money.
